"I was ordering a small batch..."
I was ordering a small batch, so I was glad the minimums didn’t completely rule me out. That said, I went in expecting a few of them to be a bit lower, so there was a small gap between what I hoped for and what I found. Still, it worked out for my order overall.

"Good order, but literally got hit with customs fees"
The order itself was totally fine and everything arrived okay, but I literally wasn’t expecting the extra import fees. Just something to keep in mind before buying.

I ordered some charms from Vograce and was a little nervous the colors wouldn’t match my artwork, especially since I use a lot of soft pinks and blues. But they turned out really close to what I saw on my screen, which was a relief. The print was sharp too, with no weird dark tint or muddy colors. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with how they came out and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Got Sorted Out Eventually"
I had a problem with my order at first, which was a bit frustrating, to be honest. Support did get back to me and fixed it, though it took longer than I would’ve liked. Still, I’m happy with how it turned out in the end.

"Good product, but shipping was a bit much"
The item itself is good and I’m happy with it, but the shipping cost felt way too high. I don’t mind paying a fair amount to get something delivered, but it should feel reasonable. A more decent shipping price would make the whole experience much better.

Ordered from vograce because the prices seemed fair compared to other sites I looked at. Was a little unsure at first, but the quality ended up being better than expected for the price. Shipping did take a while, but wasn’t a big deal for me. Feel like I got good value overall, especially for custom stuff. Would definitely order again when I need more.

Everything showed up the way I ordered it, so no real complaints there. There was just one small color difference that I noticed, but it wasn’t a big deal for me.

I found the sample order really useful. I’m the kind of person who likes to see things in person before deciding, and compared to guessing from pictures online, this made the choice so much easier.

"Honestly, it’s durable"
I don’t know what people expect, but this actually held up better than I thought it would. I’ve used it a decent amount and it hasn’t fallen apart or anything, so yeah, I’d say it’s solid.

"Way Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered some charms from Vograce and, i was expecting the shipping to take a while. But nope, they showed up quickly. The tracking updated just fine the whole time, which was nice, and everything was packed well enough to arrive safely. Overall, I’m really happy with how smooth it all went. No complaints from me.

"Happy with my keychain order"
I ordered a big batch of keychains from Vograce, I think sometime in late March or maybe early April, and everything showed up safely. The colors turned out really nice and the count was correct, which was a relief. It did take a little while to arrive, but they kept me updated along the way so I wasn’t too worried. Overall I’m happy with how it all came out and I’d order from them again.

"Really well packed, honestly"
My order from Vograce showed up packed way better than I expected. I was a little worried something might get bent or scratched, but everything was wrapped securely and arrived totally fine. The box looked neat, and the items were separated nicely, so I guess they really took their time with it. It took me a bit to unpack everything, but that’s not a bad thing. I’m happy with how careful they were

I ordered some custom keychains from Vograce and they turned out really nice. The colors looked great, the acrylic feels solid, and everything was packed carefully so nothing got damaged. My only frustration was the waiting, I knew it might take some time, but it still felt a bit annoying checking for updates and waiting for it to finally show up. Customer service did reply to my question quickly though, which helped. Overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again

They had a good selection, so it took me a little while to decide what I wanted. I just wish someone had checked in on me sooner because I kind of felt ignored while I was trying to choose.

"The print clarity was actually better than…"
The print clarity was actually better than I expected, and the small details came through really nicely. It did turn out a tiny bit darker than my original file, but overall it still looks good. My only annoyance was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at a couple points. Still, I’d probably order again

I ordered from Vograce because they had way more options than I expected, keychains, stickers, standees, pins, different finishes, all kinds of stuff. It took me a while to decide lol. I did like being able to make a few different custom items in one order, but I also kind of felt ignored when I had questions and didn’t get much response. Good selection overall, just wish the communication felt a little more attentive
